Who is Rosalyn?

It all started when...

I bought my first house in 1995.  I was hooked. Completely and utterly hooked on all things real estate.  My Realtor who represented us in that purchase urged me to explore a career in the business of real estate.  After dreaming about the idea for two years, my very patient husband and I agreed...it was time for me to leave my job, and pursue getting my real estate license!

While it was a leap of faith,  becoming a Realtor has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.  It runs a close third behind my choice of faith, and marrying my husband!  After 25 years in the business, I still find it rewarding to help friends and clients during their times of transition!

I love finding "the deal" for my buyer clients.  Presenting multiple offers to my sellers has been a particularly enjoyable part of the business recently.  Over 90% of my clients come to me by referral.  My work is all over central Ohio, including spots like Clintonville, (where my office is located) Worthington, Arlington, Hilliard, Dublin, Westerville, Gahanna, and beyond. I can also be found showing loft condos further south, in areas like The Jeffrey, Short North, Merion Village and German Village. One of my favorite spots is Grandview, and further out is Westgate, also referred to as "little Clintonville".   Out east, I’ve worked in Newark, Alexandria, Johnstown, and Granville. Up north, I have clients in Delaware county and Morrow county as well, having worked in Sunbury, Marengo, and Delaware. I also have experience in selling vacation homes, and am familiar with Apple Valley (Mt Vernon, OH) and Grand Lake (Celina and Saint Marys, OH). In short, because I am a native of Columbus, I am familiar with many areas and represent clients where their areas of interest are.

I love to cook, most of the time with garlic, onions, and red wine.  I am the eternal optimist.  My faith, my community, and my friendships all run at the top of my scale of the most important things in life.

Whatever our life experiences are, they are better when they are shared. Remember, life is short.  Live it well.
